7Fレジ横カウンターに告知されているQRコードを読み取って、ご予約注文ページよりご登録を行ってください。

タワーレコードオンラインサイトからご予約はお受けしておりませんのでご注意ください。

 

■ご予約の登録は、お客様のスマートフォン/ケータイ(一部機種を除く)からの対応となります。

■ご予約の登録には、携帯電話番号・メールアドレスが必要です。

■タワーレコードメンバーズに会員登録済みのお客様は、ご登録のメールアドレスとパスワードでログイン後、ご予約いただけます。

■タワーレコードメンバーズ以外のお客様も、新規会員登録をしていただくか、会員登録なしでご予約いただけます。

『towerrecords.co.jp』のドメインからメールが配信されますので、あらかじめ受信ができるように、ご自身の端末の設定をご確認ください。

■予約登録から決済までの流れは、以下のようになります。 (タワーレコードメンバーズの方は④からとなります。)

①予約会場に告知されているQRコードをスマートフォン/ケータイ(一部機種を除く)から読み取ってください。

②表示された画面の「空メールを作成する」ボタンを押して、差出人アドレスをご確認の上、そのまま空メールを送信してください。

③「予約登録のご案内」メールが届いたら、メール本文のURLを開いて、予約登録画面へアクセスしてください。

④商品のお受け取り方法はタワーレコード渋谷店での受け取り、もしくは自宅配送(別途、送料900円)のいずれかからお選びください。

⑤ご希望の予約商品をお選びいただき、数量・特典・注意事項をご確認の上、ご登録ください。

⑥予約登録が完了すると決済用ORコードが表示されますので、7Fレジ横カウンターにてQRコードをご提示ください。

⑦ご予約内容の確認とご利用規約に同意の上、決済完了後、商品に応じた特典をお渡しします。

[How to Participate]

“Listening Party Admission Tickets” will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who pre-order “The Romantic” Japanese CD or Japanese Vinyl LP and make a full advance payment at the counter next to the cash registers on the 7th floor of Tower Records Shibuya during the distribution period below.

 

[Ticket Distribution Period]

From store opening on Monday, February 23, 2026, until store closing on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

 

You may purchase up to one eligible item per transaction.

 

“Listening Party Admission Tickets” are limited in quantity. Distribution will end once the planned allocation is reached.

 

[How to Participate on the Day of the Event]

Please gather at the 1st-floor entrance of Tower Records Shibuya between 10:15 PM and 10:30 PM on Thursday, February 26th.

*Note: Please be aware that you cannot wait inside the store after it closes at 10:00 PM.

[Regarding Product Pickup]

Pre-ordered items (paid in advance) will be available for pickup starting at 12:00 AM (midnight) on Thursday, February 26th. If you wish to pick up your item then, please follow the venue staff’s instructions after the listening session concludes.

Please note that event details may unavoidably change for safety reasons depending on the crowd conditions at the venue to ensure the safety of all attendees.

 

The event may be unavoidably canceled due to weather, disasters, or other circumstances.

 

The schedule may change depending on the progress of the event.

 

During the event, staff may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you.

 

All expenses, including transportation and accommodation to the event venue, will be borne by the winners. This remains the same even in the unlikely event that the event is canceled.

 

There are no lockers or cloakrooms in the venue. Please manage your valuables and luggage at your own risk.

 

The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, etc., that occur inside or outside the venue due to a failure to follow the staff’s instructions and precautions.

 

We ask for your cooperation in taking your trash home with you.

 

Videos and photos of the event, including the viewing area, may be published. Please be aware of this before participating.

 

Please refrain from loitering on public roads or around the store, as it may obstruct traffic and inconvenience other customers.

 

Returns and refunds for the target products are not accepted unless the product is defective.

 

If any actions that violate the above precautions are observed, or if you do not follow the staff’s instructions on the day, the event may be canceled, or you may be asked to leave.

[How to Pre-order Products]

Please scan the QR code displayed at the counter next to the cash register on the 7th floor, and register from the pre-order page.

Please note that we do not accept pre-orders from the Tower Records Online site.

 

■ Pre-order registration must be done from your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).

■ A mobile phone number and email address are required for pre-order registration.

■ Customers who have already registered as Tower Records Members can pre-order after logging in with their registered email address and password.

■ Customers who are not Tower Records Members can also pre-order by registering as a new member or without member registration.

Emails will be sent from the “towerrecords.co.jp” domain, so please check your device settings in advance to ensure you can receive them.

■ The flow from pre-order registration to payment is as follows. (For Tower Records Members, start from step ④.)

① Scan the QR code displayed at the reservation venue from your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).

② Tap the “Create blank email” button on the displayed screen, confirm the sender’s address, and send the blank email as is.

③ Once you receive the “Pre-order Registration Information” email, open the URL in the email body to access the pre-order registration screen.

④ Please select the method of receiving the product: pick up at Tower Records Shibuya store, or home delivery (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).

⑤ Select the pre-order product you desire, check the quantity, bonuses, and precautions, and then register.

⑥ Once the pre-order registration is complete, a QR code for payment will be displayed. Please present the QR code at the counter next to the cash register on the 7th floor.

⑦ After confirming your pre-order details and agreeing to the terms of use, complete the payment. You will then receive the bonus corresponding to your product.

⑧ After payment is complete, you will receive an email titled “[*Strictly Do Not Delete] Payment Completed / Information on Receiving Method” to your registered email address.

 

The “[*Strictly Do Not Delete] Payment Completed / Information on Receiving Method” email is required for store pickup and inquiries about delivery status, so please keep it safe until you receive the product.

 

If you do not receive the “[*Strictly Do Not Delete] Payment Completed / Information on Receiving Method” email, please be sure to ask the staff.

 

Customers who pre-ordered as Tower Records Members can check their pre-order details from the order list for live/event venues on My Page after logging into the Tower Records Online site.

■ Customers who do not have a smartphone/mobile phone, please speak to the event venue staff on the day.

■ Accepted payment methods are cash, credit card (one-time payment), and various QR code payments only.

<How to Pick-up your order>

■ You can choose the method of receiving the product from the following:

Store Pickup: Pick up at Tower Records Shibuya store (Store specification or changes after purchase are not possible.)

Home Delivery: Shipping fee 900 yen (Shipping to hotels or overseas is not accepted.)

 

The receiving method cannot be changed after payment is completed.

 

■ For those who requested home delivery, please open the order information URL in the “[*Strictly Do Not Delete] Payment Completed / Information on Receiving Method” email. Products will be shipped sequentially from the scheduled shipping date stated in the order information.

 

Customers who pre-ordered as Tower Records Members can access their order information from the order list for live/event venues on My Page after logging into the Tower Records Online site.

■ The product holding period is up to 4 weeks from the release date.

■ After the holding period expires, the product cannot be handed over. Please note that the payment will not be refunded in this case.

■ If the product cannot be received by the deadline due to long-term absence, unknown address, inability to contact for missed delivery, etc., the product cannot be handed over. Please note that the payment will not be refunded in this case.

■ Changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds after pre-ordering due to customer convenience will not be accepted at all. (This also applies in cases of product delays, etc.)
